Sunset Park Construction completed the interior shade facade and signature retractable roof system at Sushi Samba’s West Hollywood location — the restaurant’s second in the United States. Known for its Brazilian and Japanese fusion, the restaurant’s defining feature is a fully operable open-air roof that transforms the dining room in minutes — enclosed and intimate one moment, open to the West Hollywood sky the next.
