The scope centered on a refined exterior facade approach, integrating custom metalwork around staircases to introduce both structure and visual rhythm. These elements reinforce durability while creating a layered architectural language that feels intentional from every angle.
A defining aspect of the project was the careful treatment of the original historic building on site.
